I started taking 3 a day at lunch because I was usually tired by 2 pm. I switched to 2 a day at lunch because I was not able to get right to sleep. This gave me peace of mind back. I am loving this product.

I was only taking one a day. Then seeing the commercial saying three a day was correct I tried this. I am beginning to see a difference in only a week. When the whole bottle is finished I hope to see a big difference.
